Shipping and Returns
Cosmetic and beauty products do not have a guarantee of return protected by law due to their nature of consumer goods. Returns will only be accepted if a product arrives in bad condition due to factory problems or transportation problems. You must communicate within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
Wrong product. If the delivered product does not coincide with the request in the order, you must notify us immediately. Send mail to info@uzzaskincare.com reporting what happened.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or lost rebates (where applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Exchanges (where applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer to deliver it later, we will send a refund to the buyer and know of your refund.
