INCI: Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil: Sweet almond is a native fruit in the Mediterranean climates of the Middle East, from Syria and Turkey eastwards to Pakistan. It was spread by humans in ancient times along the shores of the Mediterranean in North Africa and southern Europe. Almonds as a cosmetic ingredient are interesting because they are rich in nutrients, proteins, mucilages, sterols, vitamins and minerals (calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, sodium, magnesium and copper). In cosmetics we use sweet almonds, as the oil extracted from them contains essential fatty acids and a high content of vitamins A and E. These properties promote hydration and improve the signs of aging.
INCI: Cucumis sativus. Cucumber is composed of 97% water and also contains vitamin E, natural oils and minerals. This makes it a great natural cosmetic ingredient to moisturize, repair and protect the skin. The presence of vitamins A, C, and E in the cucumber and antioxidant properties help to keep the skin hydrated, free of toxins and young thanks to the cucumber ingredients favor the production of collagen and elastin, very useful to keep the skin young, hydrated and healthy.
INCI: Mentha Piperita. Mint has been used for years in Moroccan natural cosmetics thanks to its high menthol content and antibacterial properties, in addition to having a great refreshing aroma. Mentha piperita essential oil has a high content of fatty acids, omega-3, calcium, vitamin A and C, minerals, potassium, magnesium and iron, as well as antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, is rich in alcohol, called menthol, which is a crystalline substance is the one that produces the characteristic odor and freshness if placed in the mouth or on the skin, this effect is due to the potent vasoconstriction that produces, which is why it is able to counteract the vasodilatation of an inflammation or pruritus, so it is used to combat skin irritation, is stimulating and tonic, also has triterpenes and flavonoids.
