Skin Texture might be something you have never even thought of, but SkinTok seems to be obsessed with getting rid of it. Those pesky bumps, visible pores (because you own a skin), unevenness, and rough patches that together make up the baseline appearance of your skin. But here's the thing: skin texture is totally normal, and something that we all deal with to some degree.

First of all, let's talk about what we mean by "skin texture." When we talk about skin texture, we're referring to the surface of the skin - the way it feels to the touch, the way it looks, and the way it reflects light. Texture is the luxury of the multidimensional - don’t treat your skin unfairly because you are exposed to smoothed out skins on your screen. 
  5. Consider professional treatments: If you're really bothered by skin texture, there are a variety of professional treatments that can help. Chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments can all help to smooth out the surface of the skin and improve texture.
